Forage Grasses
NPZ has, for many years, bred grasses and had notable UK success with Fennema and, more recently, Delphin and Orion.
New varieties continue to be evaluated and are tested in the UK in conjunction with NIAB.
Clover
NPZ are also successful clover breeder with both Red clover (diploid and tetraploid), for clover-grass mixtures as well as in straight sowings, and White clover, which is an important part of pasture mixtures.
