"Our breeding programmes for winter wheat, winter and spring barley, oats and triticale suitable for UK conditions are now well underway.

"In spring barley we are the breeders of well known varieties such as Riviera and Centurion, marketed in the UK through RAGT.

"New varieties are in the pipeline and, as with other crops, will be released directly by LS Plant Breeding in due course.

"Although triticale is only a small market, our variety Tremplin (Serasem) enjoys a major role and is marketed through Nickerson-Limagrain.

"For wheat and oats, we are currently in the early stages of working to adapt French material to the UK environment."
